It is with deep sorrow to record the passing of Mr Chung Yuk Man (Old boy-1971/F5). Yuk Man served in the Executive Committee of the Ying Wa College Old Boys’ Association since the 1990s for over a decade, actively participating in the work of the Association. He pioneered the Service Club for Old Boys in the College.  He was instrumental in setting up the Sports Development Fund for sponsoring sports equipment and activities of the College. He also enthusiastically solicited donations for the school campus relocation to Sham Shui Po.

He contributed a lot of his time and energy to and in many ways for the Ying Wa family. He was a role model and an unsung hero for old boys. He will be dearly missed by us all.

In recognition of his outstanding contribution, the College has agreed to the proposal of the Old Boys’ Association to establish a Chung Yuk Man Memorial Scholarship/Prize for a Ying Wa student who excels in sports. We appeal for your kind support and generous donations. You are most welcome to make a donation to support. Tax-deductible receipt for donation of $100 or more will be issued.
