Notice of 2026 AGM – Ying Wa College Old Boys’ Association Limited

Dear Members,

Annual General Meeting for the year 2026 of Ying Wa College Old Boys’ Association Limited (“YWCOBA”) will be convened and held at Ying Wa College, Ying Wa Street, Shamshuipo, Kowloon, Hong Kong on Friday, the 20th day of November 2026 at 7:30p.m.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him; a proxy need not also be a member.

The Proxy Form, agenda, minutes and audited financial statements are attached as below:

The duly completed Proxy form should be returned to Ying Wa College, 1 Ying Wa Street.

There will be a dinner after the AGM at School Canteen, Ying Wa College, RSVP to register your seat by filling in the Google Form here before noon 17th November 2026 (Tue).

Information for DSS-S.1 Admission in Academic Year 2027/28 Application

Dear members,

We’re pleased to inform you that Ying Wa College (YWC) will open applications for Secondary 1 (S.1) admission for the 2027/28 academic year from 14th to 28th November 2026.

To help prospective families better understand the admission process, YWC will host a S.1 Admission Briefing at 2:30 PM on Saturday, 14th November 2026. Seat reservations will open from 10:00 AM on Monday, 2nd November 2026. Please visit www.yingwa.edu.hk and navigate to Menu > Admissions > S.1 Admission Information and Procedures for registration and details.

All S.1 applications must be submitted directly to YWC online. Full details are available under Menu > Admissions > Local Student Applications at the school website.

As part of our ongoing commitment to support the Ying Wa Old Boys’ community, the Association continue to coordinate with the College to assist old boys who wish to apply for their sons’ admission to S.1. Interested members please refer to the “Appendix: Notes to members of YWCOBA” for details.

If you wish the Association to render assistance, please submit the required documents to Ms. Cherry Tsui through email tyf@yingwa.edu.hk on or before Monday, the 30th November 2026.
